Izvoare

The village is situated at the foot of the Harghita-Mădăraş Mountains and is famous for its numerous accommodations and cottages. The picturesque landscape of Ivó was the scene of the film “Abel in the Forest”, a movie made from the novel of the same name by the Szekler writer Áron Tamási. Those who visit these wonderful places will come across the peaceful and silent lands  described by the author in the novel.
